Part of an old painting.  I couldn’t get a good full photo of it, so I just decided to take some close ups. The original idea was to do a series of paintings that highlighted the violent nature of many early children’s stories and recognizing the censorship currently practiced. 

Also I wanted to draw a sadistic looking white rabbit.  Anyway, the text is straight from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and all refer to violence, corruption, or anything that would nowadays be deemed to controversial for children’s stories.
